Supply of Oak frame (kit form)
You may already have the necessary contractors appointed to complete your build, no problem, we will fabricate the frame at our Essex premises and deliver the components to site, all components will be numbered. We assemble the frame prior to delivery to ensure all elements are correct before disassembling and delivering to your site. We also include all fixings and oak dowels required to assemble the frame.
Supply and 'put up' oak frame
This option is available within a 1 hour drive from our Essex location. As per the option 'Supply of Oak frame (kit form)', you may already have the necessary contractors appointed to complete your build. We will fabricate the frame at our Essex premises and deliver to site and send a team of our experienced oak framers to assemble the frame on site ensuring the frame is erected correctly handing back to your existing contractors to complete the build.
Full build
We also offer a 'full build package' which includes undertaking the full planning permission process by completing all relevant applications, drawings, site surveys. We also provide all the necessary services and experienced personnel required to full fill the full build, such as structural calculations, undertaking groundworks/brickwork, roofing, electrics, plumbing, whilst keeping you updated throughout ensuring a seamless build process.
